Summary

Development of a mobile communications system integrated to a satellite system to cover the communications necessities in emergency events, such as natural disasters, fire, flood… The integration with a satellite system refers to the necessity of integration with localization systems and ambient sensing in order to provide a global coverage in such emergencies.
